Little kaiya, a sweet and adventurous child,
lives on this land and the forest so wild.
She and her family have been warned, in advance,
of a snowstorm to come with a huge avalanche.
That could cover her house, even cover the trees,
not knowing what could happen, they’ve decided to leave.
In a hurry they leave their house and all things,
and go safely to a neighbor who lives down the lane.
one important thing that would be left behind,
is kaiya’s tooth under her pillow for the tooth fairy to find.
